Customer is a local print shop providing print services to local hospitals and universities. One of the servers that stage the print jobs is no longer responding on the network. The customer informed us that they need the server to be back online ASAP since they many deadlines to complete within the day.

  • Non Responsive Server

Deliverables

We deployed a technician within one hour to run diagnostics on the server and network. All hardware on the server & network passed diagnostic tests. After looking into the system logs we found that there was a power outage while the system was running jobs. We reloaded the special printer drivers and the machine was functioning again as normal.

Results
